By accessing and using the Memento Vivre Fine Arts website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Commission Process

Our commission process includes the following terms:

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any commission
• Final payment is due upon completion before shipping
• Timeline estimates are approximate and may vary based on complexity
• Up to 2 design revisions are included; additional revisions may incur fees
• Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees

Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
• Payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo, or other agreed-upon methods
• Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change
• Additional costs for materials or design changes will be communicated before implementation

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery policies:

• Shipping costs are additional and will be calculated based on size, weight, and destination
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping
• Insurance and tracking are recommended for valuable items
• International shipping may be available upon request

Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property and usage rights:

• Custom designs remain the intellectual property of Memento Vivre Fine Arts
• We reserve the right to photograph and display completed works for portfolio purposes
• Clients receive the physical piece but not reproduction rights unless specifically agreed upon
• We respect client privacy and will not share personal information in portfolio displays

Quality and Satisfaction

Our commitment to quality:

• We strive for the highest quality in all our work
• Minor variations in handcrafted items are normal and part of their unique character
• Significant defects will be addressed on a case-by-case basis
• Custom pieces cannot be returned unless there is a significant defect in craftsmanship

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

• Cancellations must be requested in writing
• Cancellations before work begins: full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations after work begins: deposit is non-refundable
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances

Limitation of Liability

Memento Vivre Fine Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
