My standard timeline is 3-4 weeks from design approval to completion. This includes:
- Initial consultation and design phase (3-5 days)
- Material sourcing and preparation (2-3 days)
- Creation and crafting (2-3 weeks)
- Final finishing and quality check (2-3 days)
Rush orders (1-2 weeks) are available with additional fees and subject to availability.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently I ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for special commissions - please contact me to discuss your specific needs and I'll work with you to find a solution.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
What materials do you work with?
I work with a variety of high-quality materials including:
- Various wood types (oak, walnut, cherry, maple, exotic woods)

How does the commission process work?
My commission process is designed to be collaborative and transparent:

- Design Proposal: I create a detailed design and provide transparent pricing
- Approval & Deposit: Once approved, I collect a 50% deposit to begin work
- Creation: Regular progress updates throughout the crafting process
- Final Payment & Delivery: Final payment upon completion and shipping
What are your pricing ranges?
Pricing varies based on complexity, materials, and size. General ranges include:
- Simple dice trays: $75-$150
- Custom engagement ring boxes: $150-$400
- Complex gaming accessories: $200-$500
- Small decorative pieces: $75-$200
- Large decorative pieces: $300-$1000+
Each commission is quoted individually based on your specific requirements. I provide detailed, transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Can I pay for my commission in installments?
Yes! Please reach out with your specific needs and we can work together on a payment plan.
Do you offer revisions during the design process?
Yes! I include up to 2 rounds of revisions in my design phase to ensure your vision is perfectly captured. Additional revisions beyond this may incur a small fee.
Once physical creation begins, major changes may not be possible, which is why I focus on getting the design perfect first.
Can I see progress updates during creation?
Absolutely! I provide regular progress updates including photos at key milestones. You'll see your piece come to life throughout the creation process.
Updates are typically sent weekly, or more frequently for complex pieces.
